Camp will be held Tuesday Mornings on the track outside and Wednesday Evenings in the West (small) Gym. Camp includes a free stunt clinic on Saturday June 29th from 9-5

Once again this year we will be giving runners the opportunity to get together with friends, enjoy the warm, pleasant days of summer, and maybe even do a little swimming. Oh, yeah—and run some, too.

NCHS Cross Country summer running will start July 1st and continue until the end of July.

We will meet at 9:30 A.M., Monday through Thursday. We would like you to try to come as many days as possible but we know there will be many summer conflicts, so just do your best to make it as often as you can.

We will meet at (1211 S. Fell in Normal) and with stretching, running, and cooling down the whole session will last about an hour. We meet at the house because we have a pool, so feel free to jump in afterwards.  You can bring a suit or simply swim in your running clothes. However, please do bring a towel if you can.  Remember that the purpose here is just to get you running again (or give you a chance to get some company if you have been running). We’re not concerned with how far or how fast you go; we just want to get you going so that this year’s Cross Country season will be a great one for you.

This camp is for beginners and experienced throwers. No experience is needed! This camp will provide an opportunity to learn the essentials of throwing shot put and discus. You will also learn drills to help build your skills. Campers will receive a t-shirt.
